by George Bernard Shaw
Director – A J Duggan
A production of Shaw’s Pygmalion was only possible for the fledgling Leamington and Warwick Dramatic Study Club because Shaw was his own agent and was happy with a percentage of the box office rather than the normal fixed fee royalty. The production, presented at Leamington College, made an eventual profit of £1 1s 6d.
Unfortunately the Loft archive does not contain a programme or other form of cast list; the names above are taken from a press review of the production.
