Wendy is a member of the Directors Guild of Great Britain. She was Artistic Director for the Spa Theatre Company Juniors for seven years and is now the director of Paramount Youth Theatre. In June 2006, she was selected as a semi-finalist for the Channel 4 Theatre Director Scheme in London.
